Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within  [1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

​Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Care@spiceroutecommodities.com. Include your order number and a description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Spice Route Commodities India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

International Shipping: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
