1. Selection of Tea – choose good tea made lovingly by small producers USING quality leaves plucked from the best tea growing areas and Packed properly to retain freshness.
2. Storage – Tea is hygroscopic in nature. On opening the package transfer the contents to an air tight, clean and odor free jar for best results. Store in a cool dry place.
3. How to Boil the water- Ensure water is filtered and free of chemicals such as bleaching powder, and the kettle does not have lime scales. take the required quantity of water and boil to 100˚C. “never re-boil the water”
4. How much TEA – One teaspoonful for every cup water ( approximately 2.5-3 gm per 220 ml water.) add additional one tea spoonful for the kettle.
5. Brewing time and temperature- 2-3 minutes, 70˚-90˚C.
