No. 1 Pure Assam Tea
1 Selection of Tea – Choose good tea made by experienced tea makers using quality leaves plucked from the best tea growing areas and packed properly to retain freshness.
2 Storage – Tea is hygroscopic in nature. On opening the package, transfer the contents to an air tight, clean and odor free jar for best results. Store in a cool dry place.
3 How to Boil the water- Ensure water is filtered and free of chemicals such as bleaching powder, and the kettle does not have lime scales. Take the required quantity of water and boil to 100˚C. “never re-boil the water”
4 How much TEA – One teaspoonful for every cup water ( approximately 2.5-3 gm per 220 ml water.) add additional one tea spoonful for the kettle or pot, as the case may be.
5 - Brewing time and temperature - 3 to 5 minutes at 90˚-100˚C. for Medium Strength 3 minutes. Strong 4 minutes. Milk tea 5 minutes.
