•2. Storage – Tea is hygroscopic in nature. On opening the package transfer the contents to an air tight, clean and odor free jar for best results. Store in a cool dry place.
•3. How to Boil the water- Ensure water is filtered and free of chemicals such as bleaching powder, and the kettle does not have lime scales. take the required quantity of water and boil to 100˚C. “never re-boil the water”
•4. Brewing time and temperature-3 to 5 minutes at 90˚-100˚C. for Medium Strength 3 minutes. Strong 4 minutes. Milk tea 5 minutes. Stir the leaves after adding to the water and let it simmer for a minute or as desired.
